HOW CAN WE HELP?
At Balance Consulting and Counseling we gather information from interviews, client evaluations, vocational/forensic expertise to obtain an evaluation. Through this process we will determine the ability to earn wages, maintain employment by using information gathered from past work experience and determine how transferable skills convert to other occupations. By analyzing vocational capacity, employment aspirations, and how our clients skills and disabilities affect them at work we can provide guidance and support by using federally mandated and recognized resources such as the Operational Network Evaluation Tool (ONET), Occupational Employment Survey (OES), and the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
